The brief
A contractor doing premium tile installation, custom homes, and renovation work across Canada and the U.S. needed a site that reads as high-end and gets people to make contact.
Built for a client in the tile and renovation trade. We don't name clients without permission — happy to talk specifics on a call.
The challenge
Trades sites usually lose on one of two counts: they look like a template, which undercuts a premium price, or they bury the work behind stock photography and generic service copy. This one had to carry six distinct service lines — custom homes, tile, bath and kitchen, flooring, painting, mosaics — without turning the homepage into a menu nobody reads.
The approach
A dark editorial palette so finished work is the brightest thing on the page. Services are split into scannable cards with the specific materials and project types under each, and the whole page is built around getting to contact quickly from any point. The build is static and hand-coded, so it loads fast on a phone at a job site.
What we built
- Dark editorial theme built around project photography
- Six service lines, each with its own detail card
- Project showcase section
- Contact reachable from every section
- Service-area coverage across Canada and the U.S.
